What happens at your design visit
We come to you. Aaran visits your home at a time that suits you, so you never need to find a showroom.
We listen and measure. He takes every measurement, and asks how you use the room: what you reach for each morning, what you’d like hidden away, and what you’d love to see.
Samples in your own light. Door styles, colours and handles are easier to choose against your own walls and carpet than under showroom lights.
Your design in 3D, then one clear price. Aaran draws the room with you there and then, so you can see it before deciding anything. Your quote follows by email, with everything included.
It’s an unhurried conversation, never a sales pitch.
Questions before you book
How long does the design visit take?
About an hour. Aaran measures the room, listens to how you want to use it, shows you door and colour samples in your own light, and draws the design in 3D with you there and then.
Can I choose when the visit happens?
Yes. Once Aaran has heard a little about your room, he sends you a link to pick a day and time that suits you, evenings and weekends included.
What happens after the visit?
You receive one clear quote by email with everything included, fitted. It stays valid for 30 days so you can take your time. There is no obligation and no sales calls.
Do you fit kitchens or bathrooms?
We don't fit kitchens, bathroom suites, tiling or flooring. We design and fit bedroom, home office and living-room storage: fitted wardrobes, dressing rooms, desks and shelving, media walls, alcove and under-stairs units, and we can make fitted bathroom storage such as vanity units.
Do you fit flat-pack or furniture bought elsewhere?
No. We only fit furniture we have designed and had made to our own specification, because that is the only way we can have it made to your room's exact sizes and stand behind it with our guarantee. We don't assemble flat-pack furniture you've bought, and we don't fit units from another company.
Do you have a showroom?
No, and that is deliberate. Aaran brings the door and colour samples to your home at the design visit, so you see them in your own light, against your own walls and carpet. A showroom can't show you that.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Sileby and fit across Leicestershire, including Leicester, Loughborough, Hinckley, Market Bosworth, Coalville, Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Lutterworth, and into Nuneaton. We fit across Loughborough and Charnwood every week, and we take on work in Nottingham and Derby too. If you're on the edge of that, ask.
